The Oklahoma Gravel Growler Ultra is a unique running event held annually in conjunction with the Oklahoma Gravel Growler bike ride and race.

You will start first and run the same course as the shorter of the bike courses. We provide aid stations every 4-5 miles to ensure you have what you need to finish. The course itself is a mixture of paved, dirt and gravel roads. Weather conditions in early February tend to be perfect for a long run.

To make you feel even better, a portion of every entry goes to support music education for Pre-K to 2nd grade in Tecumseh Public Schools. Music is near and dear to our hearts and the arts continue to be underfunded in schools. This seemed like a perfect match!

We are excited to announce our new partnership with the Citizen Potawatomi Nation (CPN). This partnership strengthens our infrastructure and gives us the ability to showcase the cultural heritage of the nation on whose land we are running.

This year (as always) the events primary sponsor is Orange Mud. All runners will receive a shirt, custom bottle, and the winner of each division will get an awesome Oklahoma Gravel Growler embroidered Gear Vest Pro.

In addition, you get a meal ticket, some cool swag, finisher item and get to be a part of one of the coolest finisher parties out there!

If a 55km’ish run is not your thing, don’t worry … we also have a shorter version (approximately 25km) with the same great service.
