The 2025 Oklahoma Gravel Growler is a 2 day event. We have a variety of activities on Friday January 31 for riders. In addition, there will be a vendor expo and onsite service tent for the last minute adjustments you need.
Saturday kicks off early with late packet pickup followed by the start at 8:00am.

12:00pm - Vendor expo setup
3:00pm - 7:00pm Packet pickup / Late registration ($70 cash only)
2:00pm - 3:15pm Shakeout ride brought to you by Chamois Butt'r (approximately 12 miles). Starts and finishes at spOKeLAHOMA (111 N Broadway, Tecumseh - 3 miles directly south of registration)
5:00pm - 6:00pm Women's clinic/Q&A with Ali Tetrick - no reservation needed - open to all women! In the North Conference Hall.
6:15pm Athlete meeting (kinda mandatory - must be present to win anything) - at the stage or Registration Area
All day - ceding for the Gold Sprints champion - entry is $10 (all money goes into the charity pot). If you are ceded in the top 8 you will face off during the rider meeting where we will get our champion. Some cool prizes for the winner and first loser.

5:00am Setup start / finish area
6:00am - 7:30am Late packet pickup
6:30am - 7:30am Bag drop off for transport to mid-way (Long course only)
8:00am Growler start (All distances start together - neutral roll-out)
8:05am Finish area completion / race expo setup
9:30am First participants finish
10:00am Food trucks open
5:00pm Time cut for all participants (5:00pm)
5:30pm - 7:00pm Teardown and cleanup
